Important information to be aware of when swapping/ donating items: 

• Any item you offer up must be wholly owned by you,
• Your item may be swapped for another item or it may be resold on a second hand site such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace to raise money, 
• No electrical items to be swapped,
• No illegal/dangerous items to be swapped, 
• Items swapped are exchanged on an “as-is” basis and Expectation Entertainment Ltd is not responsible for the quality of the item and/or users’ safety, 
• Anyone swapping/donating an item is simply giving away that item on a “no strings attached” basis. You will not receive any payment for your item and you will not have any future claim over the item.
• You must be a permanent legal resident in the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands and live here currently.
• All items accepted for swapping are at the discretion of Expectation Entertainment Ltd. 
• You must be over 18 years of age.  

Important information about Oobah’s fundraising attempt:

• Neither Oobah Butler nor Expectation Entertainment Ltd. is a registered charity.  
• Our intention is that all the money raised via items donated or swapped will support a young couple to have enough money for a deposit to buy their first home. There is no guarantee that this fundraising will achieve its goal, and, in that event or any event, no refunds will be given. 
• Expectation Entertainment Ltd is not able to guarantee once the money is gifted it will be used by the couple for the deposit towards their first home. Once given to the couple Expectation Entertainment Ltd will not monitor or ensure that it is used for this purpose.
• You are giving your donation on a “no strings attached” basis and you will not have any future claim over any property that may be purchased by the couple.
